Where We Ship
We ship to all 27 countries within the European Union, as well as the United Kingdom.

Processing Time
Every order is prepared by hand at our Amsterdam Atelier. Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after we receive your payment.
During busy periods — collection launches or holiday season — this may extend by a few days. We’ll always keep you informed.

Customs & Duties
For shipments outside the European Union (UK), we ship under DDP — Delivered Duty Paid:
- Estimated import duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and included in your total.
- We handle all customs paperwork on your behalf.
- You will not be asked to pay anything extra at the door. Your parcel arrives ready — regardless of order size, no surprises.
Small differences between the duty estimate at checkout and the actual customs assessment can occur — we absorb those differences on our side.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing on international orders can occasionally add a few days.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our Atelier.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged: please email us at support@shukra-atelier.com with photos and your order number within 48 hours of delivery, so we can act quickly.
If your package doesn’t arrive within the expected delivery time, please contact us at support@shukra-atelier.com. We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve.
Refused or Unclaimed Shipments
If a parcel is refused on delivery or remains unclaimed at a pickup point and is returned to us, the return-shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
